Finikoudes (city beach, promenade). McKenzie (planes overhead, Instagram spot, dog area). CTO Oroklini (family, quiet). Pervolia/Cape Kiti (kitesurfing). Lady's Mile (dog-friendly, local favorite).
The section on "Sand, Kite and Airplanes" was the most valuable for us. We couldn't find this information anywhere else before our move. It saved us a lot of time and hassle.

Tips
Sandier than Pafos, coarser than Ayia Napa. Water shoes recommended. Free parking at most beaches. For the best experience: drive 50 min east to Fig Tree Bay.
