1. Hire ETEK-registered architect (€500-2,000 for small projects). 2. Submit to Town Planning Department. 3. Review by authorities (3-6 months standard, up to 12 for complex). 4. Building Permit issued. 5. Construction with inspections. 6. Final inspection and Certificate of Final Approval.
